There are spruikers running around all over the country selling property investment courses in Melboure , Sydney Brisbane etc... professing how amazing their lifestyle is... but all they are doing is working.

 

You won't catch me posing in front of lear-jets, surrounded by supercars, or draped with supermodels. All I ever wanted was a cruisy, fun, lifestyle. Back in the old days I bought all these properties and was renovating them on the weekends and evenings while I was working full-time during the week.

 

They were all negative cashflow - so the more I bought, the harder I had to work... I had money on paper but not much in the bank... and I had no life at all... just work, renovate, sleep, repeat.

 

Then one of my mentors gave me some property investing advice that changed everything. (I'll tell you what that advice was on the training).

 

It happened because of one strange property I bought sort-of by accident. His advice not only helped me start creating positive cashflow, but tripled the value of that property in under 9 months.

 

It totally woke me up to a hidden world of properties that hardly anyone was investing in... yet... I started to make big cashflow.

 

Not only that I started to find ways to create rapid growth in equity and wealth. This one property investing strategy changed my life. I migrated my portfolio to this new strategy, quit my job and moved to Byron Bay to live on the cashflow and work this strategy full time... That was almost 30 years ago... and my portfolio is going from strength to strength... just wait till I show you my latest deal...
